Responsibilities
Record to report
- Partner with client to drive to ensure smooth operations closely work with country process owners
- Responsible for sub process/team performance metrics – Reporting and tracking of SLAs
- Review Closing (JE , P&L Analysis) , Reporting (BS, Schedules) and Reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to monthly RTR calendar. Analyze and investigate delays and take appropriate remediation action.
- Ensure quality adherence (Month-end and non-month end activities). Drive refresher sessions based on audit results and customer feedback
- Ensure adherence of Standard Operating Procedures and its periodic review.
- Proactively Identify process pain points and improvement opportunities and collaborate with the quality team and RTR Tower Lead to drive change
- Ensure strong focus on people management and adherence to HR practices.
- Drive cross training on an ongoing basis
- Support team with query resolution on matters of process, system and act as the first line of support to the team
- Ability to identify operational issues on day-day basis and highlight to leadership
