Job Title
Cloud Support Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
- Own/ Analyze/Resolve migration related support questions from customers/logger.
- Provide consultancy to applications to assist migration to the platform
- Shield the internal Transversal and Specialists teams.
- E2E management of Query/issue resolution.
- Identification and Contribution on Technical documentation required by users.
- Knowledge Management.
- Report on progress to Program
- Review and action feedback from the Internal Transversal and Specialist teams.
- Review and provide feedback to Applications teams on identified gaps or improvements.
- Participate in development/enhancement of automations.
- Ensure Support KPI’s and agreed support processes are met and adhered to.
- Understand and adapt Amadeus Tools (Win@proach etc) and ITIL process (Incident Management, Change Management & Problem management)
Skills – Technical, Functional & Behavioral
- Good understanding of Architecture, Deployment of Azure Components.
- Good understanding of the Linux Operating System and Networking concepts
- Good Understanding of ITIL (Incident Management) is good to have.
- Working experience on DevOps tools like GIT/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible.
- Basic working experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Terraform/Argo CD is beneficial
- Understanding of Middleware components like Redis, Kafka, Couchbase is good.
- Experience/Knowledge on DevOps tools like GIT, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes is good to have.
- Experience of working in an Agile environment and Experience in SAFe is a plus.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team with a strong willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira is a plus
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Demonstrate self-initiative and self-motivation qualities
- Good presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas
- University degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
