How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Responsibilities included (not limited to)
- Manage the relationship with global and regional stakeholders
- Prepare monthly consolidation of sales reports and produce analyses and insights for month-end updates
- Lead the end-to-end annual sales plan forecast process in coordination with business partners
- Provide insights and guidance to stakeholders on a range of ad-hoc queries related to performance results
- Optimise existing methodologies, models and templates to help produce performance metrics insights for senior leaders to proactively identify opportunities and enable decision making
- Bring insight through interpreting business performance trends through the provision of meaningful data and analytics.
- Work with analytical partners to leverage best practices in reporting and metric design to drive business effectiveness
