- 0-2 years of Data Management and/or Product Owner in building and launching data capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information security, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other relevant qualification.
- Strong quantitative skills with an understanding of analyzing large amounts of data and data flows to identify patterns/insights and generate useful recommendations with high value.
- Strong program management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems.
- Ability to compile, summarize, communicate, and present findings to leadership.
- Good understanding of prototyping, iterative development, and Agile principles.
- Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on engaging, influencing, aligning and encouraging partners and business partners across geographies to drive collaboration and alignment.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Partner with product analysts and data scientists to drive identification and enhancement of the Customer 360 Individual platform with the target of reducing ORE/CAPs and customer-generated incidents related to data and linkages for Individual Entities.
- Showcase E2E ownership of analytical needs for the product.
- Monitor performance and quality controls to identify any gaps, and find solutions to elevate data quality/performance at product level.
- Facilitate stakeholder management and collaboration across a wide net of partners including Product, Technology and Governance within and outside Customer 360.
- Support overall program management efforts including handling project status, managing, and raising risks and issues.
- Facilitate the optimization of product backlogs, efficiently translate the business needs into requirements on Rally and articulate it clearly to the scrum teams.
- Write effective testing and acceptance criteria to ensure features are delivered in a timely manner.
- Define, quantify, and report on metrics related to product launch, process efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with scrum team(s) and demonstrate qualities consistent with AMEX leadership dimensions (empower, encourage, influence, deliver)
