In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Servicing all type of Regulators/Breather valve/flame arrestor/Cryogenic/Steam Product/ Control Valves/Instruments as per customer requirement.
- Serve current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides on-site service (onshore & offshore), technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Ensure all service jobs to be completed within customer requirement,
- Knowledge of different type valves and instruments.
- Traveling on-site to troubleshoot the issues.
- Good Workmanship.
- Strive to support customer during emergency situations. Providing a high level of customer service
- Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.
- Understanding customer needs and concerns.
- Creating and submitting service reports, as well as keeping a customer complaint support register.
- Maintain current MRO sales accounts (product, spares, and service) and engage with clients on a regular basis to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Customers site walk downs are required for our product, Installed Base Mapping,
- Customer maintenance schedule tracking.
