Project Title
Project title: National Carbonaceous Aerosol Programme (NCAP): Carbonaceous Aerosol Emissions Source Apportionment and Climate Effects.
Eligibility
Essential: (i) BTech/BE/MA/MSc/MCA/MBA or equivalent degree with minimum 6 years relevant experience OR (ii) MTech/ME/MS/MDes or equivalent degree with minimum 4 years relevant experience OR (iii) PhD in relevant field with 1 year project management experience.
Desirable: Progressively responsible work experience in environment, climate change, development policy or
project/ programme management. Proven analytical skills and ability to conceptualize and write concisely and clearly.
Job Profile
- Project Management: Preparation of work plans & deliverables and lead the implementation. Manage operational aspects of field campaigns, procurement & logistics. Coordinate & minute weekly & monthly meetings. Organise training workshops. Regular financial management & reporting.
- Documentation & reporting: Preparation of annual & quarterly project progress reports & technical reports. Outline & regularly report on output-outcome indicators & targets under Niti Aayog Monitoring Framework. Facilitate project review meetings & preparation of presentations.
- Partnership: Lead and maintain strong working relations with funding agency and implementing partners in the consortium. Liaise with external parties for data portal development and field survey app.
- Any other responsibility assigned by Supervisors.
Salary
Consolidated salary range from Rs. 42000 to Rs 60000 +30% HRA (if applicable) p.m.
