Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Azure IaaS and Cloud Infrastructure to provide a dynamic service to our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
– Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they become problems.
– Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
– Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems.
