Principal duties and responsibilities
- Implement and execute the processes and tools for the delivery of software and data components.
- Develop tools for tracking the status of deliveries and their quality
- Adapt existing processes and tools to redesign for incremental effectiveness.
- Increase the automation level of the processes and improve their speed, efficiency and robustness.
- Support other teams in implementing improved processes and pipelines.
Required skills:
- A keen interest and hands-on experience in process automation and process improvement.
- An understanding of testing both software and data
- Excellent programming skills in Python.
- A solid understanding of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
- Experience with CI servers. Knowledge of Jenkins is a plus.
- Experience using Git. Knowledge of BitBucket, GitLab and Artifactory is a plus.
- Solid understanding of continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Collaborative nature and good team player.
- Interest and ability to learn new skills, programming languages and tools as needed.
Preferred skills:
- Good knowledge of Groovy or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Experience with Azure or other public cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Singularity, etc. is a plus
- Experience with ModelOps/MLOps is a plus
- Knowledge of machine learning pipelines (data processing, modeling, deployment, monitoring) is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps is a plus
- Experience with speech or language technology is a plus.
- Experience with architecting and developing software testing environments is a plus.
- Experience with multi-disciplinary global teams and working with remote teams is a plus.
