- Employee / Client level setup
- Experience in payroll Weekly / Monthly generation
- Knowledge in Workers compensation / Wages / Tax Filings & Pay frequencies
- Experience in US Federal / State and Local taxes
- Time and Attendance / Leave Accruals
- Bank Account / Direct Deposit addition and validation
- Typing certification will be an added advantage
- Good Communication / Reading and understanding the emails is must.
- Comfortable in doing night shift /Flexible in extension per business requirement.
- Data Audit-
- US Payroll / Quality Check & Auditing
- Employee / Client level bank account reviews for accuracy and to ensure compliance with the process
- Experience in US Banking recon process
- Knowledge in HRIS / SAP / Core Advance
- Certification in Quality Check will be an added advance
- Experience in eyeballing large data, especially account numbers / validating the Authorized contacts.
- Good Communication

- Minimal Customer interaction under guidance.
- Understands Domain Process,sub process functions terminologies(such as SOP QC checklists).

- Adhere to quality requirements achieve targets,volumes in given TAT(Turn around time).
