- Post-2: Project Associate: Computer vision, image processing, applied machine learning Positions: 1
Essential Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/Electronics and Communication/ Electrical Engineering or related branches.
Desirable qualification for Post 1: Experience in working with multimedia analysis tasks such as video, audio, image, text processing. Experience in application development on the web/android/iOS platform is a plus.
Desirable qualification for post 2: Experience in computer vision and image processing methods. Experience in application development on the web/android/iOS platform is a plus.
3 years. After every 6 months, the progress of the candidate will be reviewed for the extension beyond one year. The position may be extended for a duration of two more years with new objectives.
Selected candidates will work in the application domain of agriculture. For post 1, the work will be designing, prototyping and validating multimedia systems for agriculture domain. For post 2, the candidate will design and develop AI/ML-based algorithms for agriculture data analysis. Fieldwork may be involved in both posts.
