Job responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of management, the Graduate Trainee will rotate through different engineering roles to perform various tasks.
- Understanding working principles of Steam Turbine Machines
- Assist with proposal management, design reviews, project management, and technical documentation
- Create and check engineering related documents as per the Quality Management System (QMS) Design Approval Matrix
- Interacting with internal departments and global team to align local with corporate values.
- Perform day-to-day processing, recording, and reporting of financial data, customer and vendor information, permits, materials, human resources, and other operational information
qualifications:
- Outstanding degree results (Bachelor)
- Maximum of one year’s professional experience
- At least four months’ experience working abroad
- Practical experience gained from internships/student trainee roles
- Very good English skills (German and other languages an advantage)
- Non-academic commitments
- Ability to work in a team, be proactive, flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking
- You have very good problem solving, communication and cooperative skills
- You are open to foreign cultures, globally mobile and flexible with respect to your job
