Qualification
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant industry field (Required)
- Also a Masters in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering (Preferred).
Responsibility
- Firstly, Lead and facilitate workshops to define the program backlog Conduct interviews, walkthroughs/demos
- Secondly, Meetings with SMEs Guide client BAs to define backlog for integration and reporting
- Thirdly, Review backlog with Product Owner and business SMEs Experience in Workers Compensation LOB or DuckCreek is mandatory
NOTE: To add: The candidate should have either good Workers Compensation or DuckCreek experience. Combination of both is ideal, but not mandatory.
