IIM Recruitment 2021: The Indian Institute of Management @ Bangalore (IIM-B) invites applications for multiple positions of Academic Associate (AA) in the Decision Sciences Area (see qualifications below). the IIM criteria and IIM application form given, IIM off-campus drive further given below in the article.
So, The Indian Institutes of Management are institutes of management education and research under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Education, Government of India. They primarily offer undergraduate/postgraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and executive programmes along with some additional courses.

Qualifications
Master’s degree Statistics or Operations Research or closely related field (Industrial Engineering, Applied Math, Scientific Computing, etc.); MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from reputed business schools
Stipend
An all-inclusive monthly emoluments in the range of Rs.30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) to Rs.36,000 (Rupees Thirty-six Thousand only) per month plus an additional house rent allowance of Rs.8,000 (Rupees Eight Thousand) per month based on educational qualification and experience of the applicant. Annual increment will be based on the performance.
Duration of the Assignment
Initially for a period of one year and extendable up to 03 years based on performance review. If the candidate registers for a Ph. D. programme in another institution within the 3 years a further extension of two years can give, and an additional one year if sufficient progress on the dissertation work seen.
