Qualifications
Must have at least a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engg./ Ceramic Engg. Master’s degree in Materials Science/ Engg./ Technology Master’s degree in Physical Sciences (Solid State Physics)/Chemical Sciences (Inorganic/ Physical Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry)/ with Mathematics as a subject at Bachelor’s level. The candidate must have qualified GATE.
Also, The upper Age Limit 28 Years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped/ Female candidates); in the case of non-research positions, the upper age limit may also relaxed for the duration of earlier work in a project/ scheme subject to the Institute rules prevalent at that time. All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will preferred as per the GOI rule.
Salary
Rs.31,000/- p. m. and 16% HRA
